AI Processing

The App uses artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI (OpenAI, L.L.C.) to power the Carla AI assistant. When you interact with Carla, your messages and relevant context (such as customer data you have entered) may be sent to OpenAI's servers for processing. We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors that help us operate the App, including Firebase (Google LLC) for data storage and authentication, OpenAI for AI features, and RevenueCat for subscription management.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase, which employs industry-standard security measures. Customer data you enter is associated with your account and your team. We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.

Subscriptions and Payments
